Formal over... school almost over...

hey

last nite was our formal... it was rather fun. heaps of the girls were really heavily made up and looked extremely different. I hope I didn't look too different... that would have been so... odd. ah well. I have cool hair ^_^ i had it dyed blue-black and it looks rather cool in the light

ahh, now that the formal's over there's only one more thing... GETTING OUT SCHOOL CERT RESULTS BACK!! ;_; i don't want to do bad!! >_< I hope I get good!! i really wanna get high 80s or in the 90s for everything... I hope I do!! augh, I feel so stressed!! ;___;

School out- me got plans

hey

today was officially my last day as a junior high school student... I step into the world of a yr 11, building up towards the HSC...

*sigh*

ah well, got my SC results today and they were better than I was expecting/fearing... though I would have rathered I got something higher than 90 for maths, it's okay because... I got 90 and it'll do

well, anyways... I watched Serial Experiments Lain yesterday with Graves, Hong and Krystal and... IT RULES!

I'm planning to change my layout to something featuring Lain now... well, you'll see when I eventually get it done, won't you

A not so major fanlisting spree + a new game!

hey

i actually convinced my parents to let me buy Soul Calibur 2 on the weekend!! *partays*

thus, i went out and joined a few Soul Calibur 2 fanlistings

as well as a few BSSM ones. i love 200x40 codes!! ^__^ i don't have enough of them!! go my Talim and Sailor Mars ones!!

Another Year Passes...

hey

i haven't updated in a while, save for my fanlistings XD

hmm... since the last time I posted, I've (obviously) gotten better at Soul Calibur 2 and Talim's my favourite character and the one i'm best with (hence the fact she's my favourite character... or perhaps it's the other way around

) I'm writing a Soul Calibur 2 fic at the moment featuring Link (!! :alice

and Talim

ooh, and i've joined this Anime Forum so i should put a link to that in my links section. and i should link Shatterstar (Hong's rp site) if i haven't already, too.

I've started that damnable English assignment, and I have to read three books. I've read the first two by now. First one was "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemmingway, which was brilliant. Unfortunately, the 2nd book was far from brilliant... Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte <_< it was boring the whole way through!! ;___;

Ooh, but for Xmas, I got the box set of Haibane Renmei!!

well, i personally went around with my dad through the City and went to 3 different shops to get box + 4 dvd's of Haibane Renmei!! XD i felt so guilty at the end of the day though, because it altogether was $125.80

and anyways, i finished watching the series today and it is now my favourite, the only anime i like better than Serial Experiments Lain XD but don't worry, i'll not change my layout any time soon... unless i am more fickle than even >>I<< know =/ (which i most honestly wouldn't doubt)

weelllll... anyhoo, i'll be going now, with just one more thing to say;

As this year ends, an old, familiar door closes and we are left with a strange new door filled with mysteries

no one is sure what will unfold in this next journey and some may be reluctant to even take it, but we must all remember one thing;

there are things we are leaving behind that must be left, but not necessarily forgotten. There are people we shall never meet again, but we mustn't let it make us sad.

All that happened this year, will make us more experienced next year. there'll be no end until you let it come, and all you have to remember is that though the past contains many fond memories, the future may hold as many new ones to fill your saddened empty mind.

Welcome to version 3.0 of MaNiAc. Here's a small self-intro:
I usually refer to myself as Koume, though Khania is another name I commonly use. I'm from Australia.

I suppose the things I like best are listening to music, playing RPG games, hanging around at my computer, writing, reading, drawing, singing.

My favourite types of music are angst and punk rock, and my favourite bands are Evanescence, Linkin Park and Blink 182, in that order.

I have a dog named Sam who is now 5 years old and is a Japanese Spitz (white and fluffy for those unenlightened ones) who is generally quite lazy. I’m a huge supporter of animal rights and greatly dislike any form of animal cruelty and the use of animals to make our lives more comfortable- for example, eating meat or wearing fur coats (the only thing I don’t do to protest is not wear shoes seeing they’re made of cow hide… but I can’t not wear shoes, so yeah… >_<)

I'm generally quite random and I like saying and doing random things. My three best friends are Zazz, Krys and Hong, who I can go crazy with. Especially Hong! ^_^

Currently, my favourite anime is Serial Experiments Lain by Yoshitoshi ABe; the main character of which (Lain Iwakura) is featured on this layout. Well, that and Haibane Renmei, also by Yoshitoshi ABe. I can't decide which one's better so they're currently equal ^^

My favourite RPG game is the Legend of Zelda series on Nintendo by Shigeru Miyamoto, my favourite game of the series being The Ocarina of Time, followed by The Wind Waker.
